Wrenbridge Property Team

  • Ray Palmer, Chairman

    Ray is the Chairman and founder of both Wrenbridge and Palmer Capital.  Ray is a leading UK property professional having built up Lambert Smith Hampton as Chief Executive between 1970 to 1992.  Ray resigned from Lambert Smith Hampton to a new venture namely Palmer Capital.  Palmer Capital are now a leading niche UK fund manager and shareholder in a number of companies like Wrenbridge

  • Peter Jarman, Managing Director

    Peter, also founder of Wrenbridge, worked as a chartered architect in London and Cambridge and was responsible for a number of major commercial buildings as project architect and design director. In addition to running the business Peter is responsible for the delivery side of the business, ensuring the quality of buildings are delivered which maintains the reputation of Wrenbridge with agents, funds and occupiers.  It is Peter's projects that have delivered numerous awards for Wrenbridge over the past 15 years.

  • Ben Coles, Chief Executive

    Ben joined Wrenbridge in 2004 following six years with Drivers Jonas working in the Central London Team. Ben joined the Wrenbridge Board in 2006, became a shareholder with Ray and Peter in 2007 and Chief Executive in 2010.  Ben is responsible for managing the development team both in successfully acquiring new opportunities as well as ensuring the success of the existing projects. Ben's combination of ambition and enthusiasm mean Wrenbridge are seeking to establish themselves as a leading UK property company in the next few years.

  • Chris White, Director

    Chris runs our Investment & Asset Management Team which currently controls a portfolio worth over £100m.  Chris worked for Drivers Jonas in central London for five years within their Corporate Occupier Department.  Chris is primarily involved in acquiring, enhancing value and disposing of income producing opportunities for our in-house and external funding contacts.

  • Jeff Wilson, Director

    Jeff runs the South East Wrenbridge business which he started two years ago.  Jeff joined Wrenbridge following three years in the London Development team at Drivers Jonas advising landowners and developers on mixed-use schemes in the South East and London. He started his property career as a retail agent at Jones Lang LaSalle in London where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.  Jeff focuses on commercial led development projects and has had resounding success in a very difficult market.

  • Christopher Digby-Bell, Director
     Christopher Digby-Bell, Director

    Christopher has been a solicitor for over 30 years and has been a member of the Ruling Council of the Law Society for the City of London. In 1982 Christopher was appointed Business Development Partner with Taylor Wessing, becoming head of Commercial Property in 1985 and Managing Partner in 1987. In 1989 Christopher joined Frere Cholmeley Bischoff, becoming Marketing Partner in 1992 and International Managing Partner in 1995.

  • Ewen McLeod, Associate Director

    After graduating from the University of Reading. Ewen spent 3 years working for Savills in Norwich where he qualified as a chartered surveyor specialising in commercial agency and professional work.  He has good knowledge of the eastern region including a number of landowners and his projects including Gateway 11 Business Park in Norwich and Sawston Business Park in Cambridge.  Ewen is seeking to help expand the East Anglia portfolio.

  • John McHale, Associate Director - Technical

    John previously worked for AYH plc as part of the Commercial Project Management Team in Birmingham where he helped deliver the Award Winning Apex House Project for Wrenbridge.  John's responsibilities include the delivery of various construction schemes including Hams Hall in Birmingham, The Square in Colchester and Atria Court in Papworth.  John specialises in all technical and delivery aspects of our projects and get involved in making sure the projects are delivered on time and on budget.

  • Nick McMillen, Financial Controller

    After training with Cambridge based accountants, Peters Elworthy & Moore, Nick was Finance Manager at the Cambridge Arts theatre for eight years before joining Wrenbridge in 1996.Nick runs the financial aspects of all of our projects and is one of Wrenbridge's largest serving team members.
