Funding

Our primary source of funding is through Palmer Capital who, through our Chairman, Ray Palmer essentially provides us with "in-house" funding which gives us substantial fire power.

Palmer Capital, based in London (www.palmercapital.co.uk) have raised several institutional funds which are at our disposal.  These include:

- Palmer Capital Development Fund I & II - £150m & £250m for UK commercial property development projects
- Palmer GVA Property Fund - £100m for UK commercial property projects
- Palmer Active Value Fund I & II - £50m & £225m investments in actively managed property investments

Wrenbridge also work with a number of other funding partners including Liverpool & Victoria, AXA and Grosvenor. We work with several high net worth individuals, private syndicates and institutional landowners to ensure that our projects are funded in the most appropriate way.

Wrenbridge have also recently launched the Wrenbridge Beer Property Fund which is a syndicate of private money which aims to do deals between £1m and £5m.

Wrenbridge have also funded a number of projects with their own equity. Wrenbridge's funding internally and externally across the UK are capable of doing and funding deals from £1m to £100m.
