A mid the storm that has blown through the UK economy, bothers Tom and Ben Spickernell have discovered that every cloud does indeed have a silver lining.

After feeling the full effects of the battering taken by the commercial property sector in recent years, they have emerged stronger and with the means to embark on an exciting new period of investment.

They have recently been appointed as directors by award-winning property developers Wrenbridge - which specialises in all forms of commercial development and investment - to lease, its Midlands operation from Birminghams Jewllery Quarter.
