Brothers join as developer plans relative success

Developer Wrenbridge has taken on a pair of well-known brothers from the city's property scene to drive the business forward.

Ben and Tom Spickernell, formerly at Maximus and Graftongate respectively, will work out of the company's Birmingham office on Ludgate Hill.

The appointments come at a significant time for the company following the multi-million pound acquisition of a number of assets in the south of the region as well as the signing of a 10 year joint venture with the University of Worcester.
