Building Snapped up by Firm

City property firm Wrenbridge has bought 509 Coldhams Lane, a 15,565 sq ft building with room for extension to 23,000 sq ft.

Chris White, Wrenbridge Director, said: "this acquisition takes our spending in Cambridge to £10m ths summer, having just completed the purchase of 14-16 Bene't Street (formerly Barclays Bank) in the city centre in the past few days".
