BREEAM Excellent Building Delivered for "Delighted" NHS

Wrenbridge have competed the construction of offices for The Norfork and Waveney Mental Health Trust at their Gateway 11 Business Park in Wymondham.
The building  which will become the new home for the Trust's community health teams in south Norfolk was opened by former Norwich City goalkeeper and manager Bryan Gunn 
Jonanthan Stewart, Strategic Estate Manager commented; "Environmental issues are increasingly high on the Trusts agenda and sustainability has become a central factor in our buildings. We are grateful to Wrenbridge for having met this challenge for Unit 1, Gateway 11, by employing a variety of environmentally conscious strategies. We were delighted with Wrenbridge proactive Project Management Team in helping the Trust achieved the BREEAM rating of Excellent.”.
