Pickles Opens Wrenbridge/Trebor Hemel Hempstead Development

The Wrenbridge/Trebor joint venture, set up to focus on the delivery of Public Sector development opportunities, has handed over the first phase of the Maylands Business Centre to Dacorum Borough Council.

The Rt. Hon. Eric Pickles MP, Secretary of State for communities and local government, opened the Maylands Business Centre in Hemel Hempstead on the 10 June 2011, less than 12 months after the first space was put in the ground at the site.

The Centre realises the first phase of a two phased, multi-million pound development programme which has been part funded by East of England Development Agency (EEDA) on the 3.2 acre site owned by Dacorum Borough Council.
