Property Company of the Year: Wrenbridge

Wrenbridge must be doing something right as this is the third time in four years that the dev eloper has been named Property Company of the Year for the East of England.  Financial backing from Palmer Capital Partners has helped keep the developer active when others have struggled to secure funding.

Wrenbridge chief executive Ben Coles says the firm has been trying to do as many deals as possible and winning the EG award as the icing on the cake.  "it's great, we are all deal junkies and its is great to get recognition from the market in our core patch.
