Peter Jarman, Managing Director and Founder of Wrenbridge Land is to take a step back from the business after 30 years

The executive has announced his decision to step down later this year after more than 30 years with the business.

Wrenbridge, which now manages a portfolio of over £1.5bn has become one of the UK’s leading real estate development companies, specialising in warehouse and logistics in the Southeast.

Peter will remain on the Board as a non-executive director.

Peter commented: ‘It has been a great privilege to help, develop and work with the Wrenbridge team and all our funding, JV partners and consultants over the last 30 years. The next Wrenbridge generation are now in a great place to take the business to even more success in the future’.

Chief Executive, Ben Coles commented: ‘Having founded the company 30 years ago Peter has had a significant influence on the growth and development of Wrenbridge to where it is today. I am delighted Peter will continue to have his imprint on the business going forward by continuing his place on our Board’.
