Description
Whilst at Drivers Jonas between 2000 and 2006, Richard Arnold was project manager for the development and expansion of Charlton Athletic’s training ground and youth academy including:

Expansion of First Team Pavilion and training facilities;
Construction of new indoor hall for the Academy;
Refurbishment of Academy changing rooms and community offices;
Acquisition of sports ground and upgrading of playing surfaces for elite use.
The site is located in metropolitan open land and required extensive negotiation and coordination with the local planning authority.
