Description
Acquired in June 2014 for c.£50m funded by Palmer Capital. The 91 acre site is home to Unilever’s global R&D centre for food and beverages and extends to over 350,000 sq ft of laboratory and office accommodation. Buildings on-site include an innovation centre incorporating state of the art conference and catering facilities.

Achievements
Since ownership, Wrenbridge has re-geared Unilever’s leases to 2034 and has secured a number of new lettings on the site. The Facilities Management section has been restructured to reduce costs and improve services for tenants.
