Stadium of Light

Description
Whilst at Drivers Jonas, Richard Arnold was the project manager for the 6,000-seat extension to the North Stand at the Sunderland Stadium of Light.

Construction works were ongoing whilst the existing stadium was still fully operational and the new extension involved building a tier above the existing seating deck.

The project was completed for the start of the football season 2000/01, ahead of programme and within budget.
