Wrenbridge has been shortlisted at this year’s IAS Awards 

Wrenbridge is delighted to have been shortlisted for this year’s Developer of the Year title at the IAS Awards.

Wrenbridge is one of the leading property companies in the UK, with both the company and its staff being held in very high regard throughout the property sector. With over 25 years in the industry, Wrenbridge has grown year on year and built up a great reputation as a reliable and passionate business.

Over the past year, Wrenbridge has acquired over 73.5 acres of land, and built out 330,000 sq ft across 12 buildings. They currently have a portfolio over 30 ongoing projects which have a GDV of £1bn and a development pipeline of 3m sq ft.

Wrenbridge is also committed to delivering innovative and sustainable schemes across their portfolio, with each of their new projects incorporating the most efficient methods. All of their latest schemes incorporate highly efficient photovoltaics, Electric Vehicle Charging Points, 15% roof lights, cycle and shower provision to encourage staff to cycle or run to work where possible, internal and external LED lighting and PIR’s in the offices.  Wrenbridge also appreciate the importance of enhancing the local area when it’s possible to do so, which was seen in both their recent Axion and Criterion warehouse developments.

Wrenbridge put their all into every project that they run, and the team are delighted to have been shortlisted for the Developer of the Year title. The winning company will be voted for by IAS agent members later this year and the team wish all of the shortlisted companies the best of luck!
