WRENBRIDGE’S TEAM IS GETTING BIGGER (AGAIN)

Wrenbridge has recently made three new staff appointments to cover their ever-growing portfolio of high quality, sustainable commercial assets, with a combined end value of £1billion.

The first of the three appointments is Alistair Dunsdon, who joins the Project Management team as Associate Director. Prior to joining Wrenbridge, Alistair spent 8 years at Bidwells, where he project managed a diverse portfolio of office, lab, industrial warehouses and student accommodation for some illustrious Clients, including the University of Cambridge, various Oxbridge Colleges, Commercial Estates Group, Pace Investments, Burghley Estates and BRC to name a few. Two of Alistair’s recent projects were nominated for the Stirling prize in 2021.

To complement the growth in the Project Management team, William Jarman has been appointed as Associate Director of the Development Team to source and manage new development opportunities in London and the South East. He previously worked at Montagu Evans in their Out of Town Retail Investment team, focusing on acquisitions, disposals, and redevelopment in the sector. Prior to this, Will was a member of the advisory team, assisting funds, developers and lenders on development opportunities and investments in the logistics, offices, residential and student sectors.

Next month, the team will be welcoming a third recruit; Rachel Yoxen, who will join the team as Finance Director, overseeing all of the finance operations of Wrenbridge. Rachel is a qualified accountant who, prior to joining Wrenbridge, worked for the University of Cambridge, Diageo and Volvo.
