Wrenbridge are delighted to announce that both Jamie Garrett and James Feltham have become shareholders of the business, recognising the significant contributions that they bring to the business.
James joined Wrenbridge in 2015 and works across the real estate portfolio with a particular focus on industrial & logistics and employment led schemes in the South East of England. James has been integral during the developments in Bishops Stortford, Luton, Reading and Oxford.
Jamie joined the Wrenbridge team in 2018, becoming Director in 2020 and continues manage and oversee the Wrenbridge portfolio, which ranges from office developments in Cambridge to speculative industrial developments across the home countries and Kent. More recently, Jamie has worked on the Wrenbridge developments in Aylesford, Hemel Hempstead and High Wycombe working.
