Funded by Buccleuch Property, Wrenbridge acquired a 3.8 acre site unconditionally and subsequently secured planning permission for a 68,000 sq ft warehouse to be developed speculatively. Construction has been completed and is now sold.

Achievements
Planning permission was secured within 5 months of occupying the site. The building has been forward sold to Orchard Street Investment Management.
