Blue Coast Capital and Wrenbridge acquire 70,000 sq ft wareouse in Braintree

A JV between Blue Coast Capital (formerly UK & European Investments) and Wrenbridge have acquired a 70,000 sq ft warehouse on Skylines on the A120 in Braintree, Essex.

The business plan is a speculative refurbishment to start immediately and get the warehouse space on the market to let as soon as possible via our agents Glenny and CBRE.

Ben Coles, Chief Executive at Wrenbridge comments  “We are delighted to acquire our first asset in JV with Blue Coast Capital.  We hope it’s the first of many joint ventures.  We expect the unit will let quickly in this starved occupational market.  The unit is very prominent on the A120 and links Stansted, Bishop Stortford, Braintree and Colchester.  We are really excited to see how this goes”.
