BLUE COAST CAPITAL AND WRENBRIDGE CONFIRM REISS LETTING WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF ACQUISITION

Following our acquisition of a 70,000 sqft warehouse unit at Skyline Business Park in Autumn 2019, we are delighted to announce the letting of the unit within 3 months of acquisition.

The unit, located in Braintree, fronting onto the A120, has been leased to premium fashion retailer Reiss Ltd on a 10 year term.
