IAS Awards 2019 – Deal of the Year under 75,000 sq ft

We were delighted together with Buccleuch to win Deal of the Year under 75,000 sq ft category at the IAS Awards for our warehouse scheme Quadron, Dartford.

Quadron is a new high specification warehouse scheme within the heart of The Bridge, Dartford. Totalling 45,000 sq ft, the four warehouse units will range from 8,500 sq ft to 13,500 sq ft.

The development will be built to the highest quality specification and is located at The Bridge, a mixed-use regeneration project that has delivered 1.8m sq ft of commercial accommodation for occupiers such as Mercedes, Nissan, Skoda and Sainsbury’s as well as residential, educational and local retail facilities.

The Bridge also benefits from Fastrack public transport, linking the site to Dartford Town Centre and the Bluewater Shopping Centre complex.
