Wrenbridge secure triple shortlisting across EG and IAS Awards

Wrenbridge has had an exceptionally busy few months, with lots of new acquisitions, planning approvals, practical completions and lettings. Following the reveal of the shortlists for the EG and IAS Awards, Wrenbridge’s recent successes have been well recognised.

EG Awards – Industrial & Logistics Specialist

Over the past year, Wrenbridge completed the development, sale or got planning for over 1.1m sq ft of Grade A industrial and logistics space, submitted planning for over 750,000 sq ft, and are currently developing 3m sq ft across 30 live projects with a combined GDV of £1.4bn.

IAS Awards – Deal of the Year Under 50,000 sq ft

Alongside funding partner, Buccleuch, Wrenbridge acquired a property in Belvedere where they secured planning for and built a new bespoke unit for Dean Transport. They also acquired the corner plot of the site for a speculative unit at a land price of £350,000. Wrenbridge then developed the two units, and sold the speculative scheme to IM Properties for £5m.

IAS Awards – Developer of the Year Multi-Let

Over the past year, Wrenbridge has worked on several multi-let schemes in Waltham Cross, Houghton Regis, Bedford, Dartford, and Aylesford. Owing to the high-specification, stellar location and leading sustainability credentials of each scheme, the majority are fully let less than one year post-PC.
